Block Making Machine With Fully Automatic Production line realize fully automatic production from material batching , mixing , forming to drying and stacking . the wheel loader feed the corse material such as sand ,gravel to the Batching Machine, the electrical scale and weigh the materails by cummulative metering according to the set value through electrical sensor. The batched material will be delivered to the Mixer fully automatically through belt coveyor , at the same the fine materials such as cement, fly-ash also can be transferred from the silo to the mixer fully automatically by screw conveyor . the mixed materials will be delivered to the hopper of the block making machine, the mould box rise up , the pallet enter the position under the mould box, the mould box drop down , the material enter the material cart, and the material cart begin to charge material into the surface of the mould box, then the squeeze head drop down , it is forming blocks by vibration and pressure . the green blocks on the pallets will move to the Elevator through green block conveyor , the finger carts will move on to the position of the elevator, the son finger cart leave the mother finger cart and take the blocks together with pallets and go back to the mother finger carts then move back to the curing room , and put these green blocks together pallets on the fixed place in the curing room, at the same time, the finger carts also take the dried blocks together pallets to the lowerator , the lowerator will take the dried blocks together with pallets to the lower board conveyor , the cuber clip the dried blocks and move to the wood rack on the finished goods conveyor, then we take the dired blocks to the finished goods yard with forklift . and the empty pallets on the lower board conveyor will come back to the pallet storage for the next production . our company
