Specifications for stabilized soil mixing
This series is a new modular dynamic electronic measurement stabilized soil Mixing Plant. It adopts the advanced technology of full-computerized dynamic weighing and non-liner compulsory continuous mixing. It has the advantages of precise measurement, various batching, high reliability, well-proportioned mixing and high efficiency, etc. The whole system adopts modularized combined structure with reasonable layout. It is convenient for installation and movements between different working sites. It is mainly used for various constructions which need a huge amount of sub base steady soil continuous mixing operation, such as highways, urban roads, airports, ports and other municipal projects. 1. The Batching Machine system is consists of aggregate storage, weighing belt machine. Which have the advantages of compact structure, reasonable layout, large volume hopper, low feeding height, high-reliability, easy operation, convenient for maintenance. 2. The remote control system is equipped with target flow meter and electric valve, the setting and adjustment of water amount can be easily carried out by pressing buttons on the control panel directly. Furthermore, this system has the advantages of precise control and quick response. 3. The closed-loop control system is equipped with weighting sensor, transducer and industrial control micro computer, with the advantages of strong anti-interference ability. It is suitable for continuous dynamic measuring various aggregates, with the advantages of well-proportioned and precise batching. 4. Excellent self-diagnose function and alarm function enhance the overall automation and reliability. Closed control room with air-conditioned improves operators' comfortability, reduces the labor intensity of operators.
